Easter Greetings, Wishes, Sayings
Knowing a few Easter greetings may come in handy if you’re family, or friends or colleagues celebrate the religious holiday.
As young children, we all remember going to church on Easter in our Sunday finest. Dad would wear a suit and tie, and Mom would wear a hat. We’d hold hands walking up the steps of the church and wave at our family and friends. After church, we would go home and search for Easter eggs in the backyard. Then, we would dive into the candy and toys in our own personal Easter baskets.
In the Christian faith, Easter is a celebration of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. But Easter time is also a celebration of the arrival, or pending arrival, of Spring.
There is the smell of flowers in the air and bright colors are replacing the dull browns and grays of winter. We’ve put together a list of Easter Greetings and Wishes to help you when the day and week arrive. These wishes may even give you some ideas for expressing your own personal Easter messages.
