Happy Birthday to me! Today, January 26, is my birthday, or as Dickens might say, “I am born.”

My goal in life is to help folks out when they’re struggling to find the right words for special occasions like birthdays, Valentine’s Day, and anniversaries. We’ve all been there.

You’re trying to write a memorable greeting card message that will make a friend or loved one feel special. But, sometimes, the perfect words are hard to come by.

A Resource Website for Greeting Card Occasions

The plan is to use this site as a resource. You can review the messages, quotes, and articles for ideas. Hopefully, the result will be a masterpiece.

Along the way, we’re hoping readers as you might also make contributions to the site with your favorite messages and ideas.

Greeting Card Occasions and Holidays

Here are just some of the occasions I hope to address: Birthdays, Valentine’s Day, Anniversaries, Weddings, Thank you, Sympathy, Holiday, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Graduation, and more.

That’s a lot to cover, and I’m further along in some categories than others.

I’ll continue to add more content each week, and I’m hoping for your help. Please go directly to the Contact page to submit your ideas for the best messages for each occasion. I’m also interested in any other feedback you might have on the site.

Speaking of greeting card messages, I thought about wishing myself a Happy Birthday with messages from my Birthday page like:

“May your birthday be so special that you find yourself smiling long after it’s over,” or,

“Count your blessings, not your wrinkles,” but decided to go with my favorite,

“Celebrate your birthday; take TWO naps.”
